Hope this is the right section...
I'm exploring how I would go about getting a dvd profesionally done for me. Something like I would do all the editing, authoring, etc and have a dvdr of exactly what I want, and they'd just make like 500 copies that were on real discs and that kinda stuff.
Anyone ever look around and find some links they'd be willing to paste in for me?

For such questions, it's a good idea to post your location.
Most reputable replicators accept dvd-r as a master nowadays, so assuimg your disc is going to be a DVD-5 you shouldn't have any problems doing what you'd like to do.
Dual-layer discs must be submitted on 2 separate DLT tapes (L0 and L1), and they cost more. You might want to take that into account with regards to how you go about putting together your title. -
I'm in the U.S.
I assumed that a dual layer disc would cost more, so I've already planned for that... thanks for the input
