Mac: Safari penwheeling.

Seems like in the last few weeks safari like to just sit and penwheel on me, I have to force quit the app, this happens ALOT more often when another app is running, aka DVDPlayer, Itunes, VLC.

Am I alone in this?

actually have not been getting pinwheels, but instead getting loading errors on sites I know load all the time [apple.com, google.com, dvdrhelp.com]

I noticed this more and more with my upgrade to 10.3.3

have you restarted lately? Run permissions repairs?

I've given up with Safari. Once it got out of Betas it turned to crap.

Between the program not closing when I tell it to close
Cache problems (especially on forums)
and it only animating 1 instance of an animated image per page

I've moved to Firefox.

Im running 1.2.1 and it seems to have gotten rid of all those problems

The only thing i notice now is this loading error, but you just have to hit refresh a few times and then it loads and my blog site seems to not like the way it handles something because it takes a few hours before it recognizes any updates

but there are plenty of browsers to use in the mean time
