I am trying to burn disc 2 of the led zeppelin 2 disc set. When I use clonedvd, at 72% it says scheduler 1 in the error box, no idea what that is, so I went to dvd shrink and the compression it at its max at 49% so I was wondering which audio is the best or do I need all of them. These are the options:
LPCM 2-ch English 1,443 MB
AC3 5.1-ch English 418 MB
DTS 5-ch English 707 MB
Thanks

My choice is always 5.1 but a lot of folks like DTS. DVD players down-convert 5.1 to two channels through the analog outputs so even if you're not in a home theater audio environment the 5.1 track works fine.

I just went through this myself with the same disk, and learned the hard way - I initially left out the LPCM 2-ch, and as a result lost almost all of the sound quality. Page's guitar solos sounded as if they were on the background track compared to the original. You definitely have to keep LPCM! So, I kept that audio stream and the AC3 5.1-ch English (I ditched the DTS) on the second burn with much better quality sound. However, the overall image quality is very poor, and highly pixellated. This was the hardest disk to back up onto a single DVD5 I've encountered in my limited experience, given the huge audio streams and dark interior concert images. I haven't yet burned this to a final backup since I'm not that pleased with the quality. Disk one of the set was much easier. If someone else has done this a different way I'd like to hear about it.
Here's my earlier post on this topic:

5.1 is usually the standard keeper audio channel. However, if you can both the 5.1 and DTS channels on the disc (like Fast & Furious, Daredevil, etc.), without loosing a large amount of video quality, then keep both. I usually will take DD5.1 over DTS though, because if freinds or someone wants to borrow the disc, and they don't have DTS decoding on their reciever, then they're screwed.
