    I burned few VCD with nero (mpeg and jpg), but when I play it on Philps CDI470 a black screen appear for 4-5 second and than stop.

    why ?

    Firstly, you are using a CD-i player correct?

    Secondly, did you set Nero to include the CD-i application on your VCD (vital in your case if you are using a CD-i player)?

    I used nero beacouse it include the CD-i application on your VCD

    The philips cdi470 I think that it is a video cd player....

    Does your cdi player have the digital video cartridge in it? If not, then it wouldn't play
