    ok, i want to cut the intro and outro out of my anime video, but it doesnt work like that on TMPGEnc, and DVtool(su(k, u cant even see where u are cutting..), so is there a better program to just cut???

    and oh yea, can we make a batch file for HeadAche?? cuz i hate coming back and click this and that, i want it to do it all for me..?? and one know??

    TMPGEnc Plus! does have a Merge & Cut function which does not re-encode, but it has a reputation of being inexact. AviSynth on the other hand, can do it with surgical precision, but you need TMPGEnc to see where to cut it.

    Heed TommyKnocker's advice!

    Don't use TMPGEnc to do the actual cutting. Inexact can be an uderstatement.
