I've had problems converting Avi files to mpeg with TMPGEnc Plus 2.5, so I frameserved with Virtualdub, which worked for a few files but with others it says "Cannot connect. InterConnect=0" and then gives me the "can't open or unsupported" error.
What can I do about that ?
Thanks![]()

Go to TMPGenc "Environmental Settings"..."VFAPI Plugins"... and shift shit around.
I find that TMPGEnc will accept everything I throw at it. You gotta search around the forum for the best formulae for your situation!?
Just a guess, raise your "DirectShow" shit to 3 or something...or those "avi" things to 1 or 2 perhaps?...and then try opening your file!
Remember to post back your results, coz I'm interested too! -
I chanegd the stuff in VFAPI Plugins 1000 times and eventually got it to work, BUT now TMPEGEnc shuts down automatically once the conversion should start.
Strange.
