Toast 6.0.5 updater available - bug found

Roxio has posted the 6.0.5 updater for all versions of Toast 6. Among various fixes it adds the auto play option to video DVDs. Check the software updates history link for changes in this version.

There also is a new update for Discus along with the updaters for Motion Pictures and CD SpinDoctor that were part or the former 6.0.3 Toast updater.

The Jam 6.0.1 updater also is available.

I've experienced a bug with Toast 6.0.5 that others on this site may also encounter.

When authoring a DVD from an MPEG 2 file, the time bar showing the "Encoding" progress does not fill in. At first I thought that Toast had stalled, but the encoding actually was progressing normally. This "cosmetic" bug does not exist with any of the earlier versions of Toast 6 (I checked it out).

I've notified Roxio of the problem.
