I was happily going through the process of analog pass-through to DV, editing with premiere, encoding with procoder, and authoring/burning with tmpg dvdauthor when I found that one of my DVDs was jerky. I guess somehow I must have used the wrong field order. Unfortunately, after admiring the beautiful quality of my encoded output, I deleted the AVI source files, but I still have the mpegs.
Note to self. Do not delete source files until you see the finished DVD.
After searching I saw reference to ReStream, which I will use tonight to try to swap the field order. It looks like I need to demux the mpeg, send the m2v through ReStream, and then remux. Has anyone done this recently? What was the outcome? What would you recommend for simple de/remuxing?

Never mind. I found plenty of info. But if it doesn't work I may be asking for advice.
This post just put me into triple digits. Woohoo!
