  1. Hi there, I hope you all can help me cause I dont know what to do next, and I've spent so much time on it allready. What I am trying to do is combine 3 different clips into 1 seamless movie. The 3 "clips" are from 1 laserdisc movie recorded onto 2 DVD-Rs using a pioneer DVD recorder. What I normally do is use VOBEDIT and join all 3 clips, which makes 5 VOB files. Than i use IFOedit, after that finishes I try burning the files to DVD using TMPGenc author. When I load the files it says there is no audio. I also cannot get DVD shrink to open it. I have done this method to make movies many times before, but they were under 2 hours so i only needed to use 1 DVD-r Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks

  2. try the very latest version of dvd shrink. Some earlier versions of dvd shrink will not open files from tmpgenc dvd author, etc.

what you could try is to rip the original dvdr's to your hard drive with dvd decrypter (because it has a rip as 1 big file option). do that for both dvd's and then use tmpgenc dvd author to join them.

  3. Thanks for the replay, what I have done now is I am able to join the 3 files and they can play on a single DVD on my computer and my DVD player, but it is movie only, when I try to author it by using TMPGenc it says there unspecified - no audio. Funny thing is that the sound is just fine in everything else, any recomendations?
