I am starting to do more and more dvd conversions from dv avi's (both from miniDV and VHS conversions). Some of these I would like to do some minor editing (vhs conversions need color correction with bright blues and reds - miniDV maybe add some effects and clean up some grainy video).
I was wondering what people thought would produce the "best quality" result. If I use the software package I would want to output to dv avi and then use Procoder to encode (I think it produces the best result so far for DVD). And obviously if I were to use the encoder I would use the built in filters. Any advice would be great.
Thanks.
