I would like to edit some of my dvds. Such as remove unwanted scenes from movies and/or add deleted scenes. What is the best way to do this? what programs provide the best quality results?

I use Studio 9 and I'm learning Liquid Edition 5.5 and both software packages are from Pinnacle. Studio 9 has some issues but at $99.00 is a real bargain and user friendly while Liquid Edion is for the more serious minded editor and not an easy program to master. My sugestion is to start with Studio 9 and if this is your cup of tea, trade up to Edition in the future.

What about Womble Mpeg Vcr? I've heard good things on this program would it work for editing dvd movies? If so, do I need a seperate capturing device, or would I be able to edit it directly from the DVD rom drive?
