There's been a few times when I have taken a few MPEG files that play for 15 or 20 minutes but once I import to ULEAD, it cuts off almost 80%, i.e. the file is only 1 to 2 minutes in length.
Why is this happening? Is there a better program that I can use to use for SVCD or VCD? I have a DVD Burner too, but this sometimes takes too long.
Suggestions?

Hi retroz,
I think from your post that you are wanting to make (S)VCDs from MPEGs that you already have.
First of all, the MPEGs need to be (S)VCD compliant - check the blue links (top left of the page under "What Is") for VCD and SVCD for the specs. Then use AVICodec to get details on your MPEGs.
Check out VCDEasy for creating (S)VCDs from compliant MPEGs.
Hope that helps. Good luck....There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.
