I USED THE SVCD PAL TO SVCD NTSC GUIDE TO CONVERT MY PAL MOVIE BUT THE AUDIO IS OUT OF SYNC. HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT GETTING IT TO WORK. MY EMERSON DVD PLAYER SAYS THAT IT SUPPORTS PAL SYSTEM BUT YOU CAN HEAR THE AUDIO BUT NO PICTURE IS SHOWN. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I USED ISOBUSTER TO CONVERT FROM BIN/CUE TO MPEG. THEN I USED BESWEET TO CHANGE THE FRAMERATE FROM 25 FPS TO 23.976 AND DVDAVI TO CHANGE THE FRAMERATE OF THE VIDEO ONLY AND I STILL GET JERKY PLAYBACK. COULD SOMEONE LET ME KNOW WHAT I AM DOING WRONG.
YOU CAN IM ME AT lilshawty48706 on yahoo or email me @ lilshawty77@blackplanet.com[/b]

First, turn the caps lock off. You only have to move your finger about 7/16 of an inch to do that.
First, the framerate necessary for PAL video is in fact 25 fps. Or rather, 50 fields per second. So I think the first place you are going wrong is changing it from 25 fps.
I'm not an expert on this by any means, but any adjustment in the way the video plays back is going to require resampling of the audio, too.
