tempg dvd author and Menu Questions

I am using tempg dvd author ( latest registered version ), and I love it becuase it is so fricken simple. I really liked the simplicity of the menu making and all until recently when i started making my own animated menu's for the first time.

Is there a way to edit the Standard Menus that come with program?

Is there a similar software that is simple to use but has more menu capabilities?

Can you import menus made with other software into a setup with tempg dvd author and if so how?

No. But you can use the menu wizard to style menus of your own (kinda).

As simple to use but with good, serviceable menus: not that I am aware of, but I am sure someone else here probably knows.

As far as I know, no. It uses a proprietary menu structure during authoring.
