Plz HELP

I have very strage problem. I have DivX/MPEG-4/DVD Player VSonic L103. Everything would be perfect if I will not have this problems. I have few Avi files and some of them I can play on my player some not (on my computer there is not problem- I can play all of them).
I try to do everything but nothing change.

First file which I can play without any problems has these preferences:

Video format
codec- DIV3 Name- DivX 3 Low-Motion
aspect-720x576 (1.25:1) [=5:4]
bitrate-926 kb/s
framerate-23.976 FPS

Audio Format

codec-0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3
bitrate-192 kb/s (96/ch, stereo) CBR
Fs-48000 Hz

The second is the one which cannot be played:

Video format
codec-3IV2/3ivx Name-3ivx
aspect-640x480 (1.33:1) [=4:3]
bitrate-1243 kb/s
framerate-25.000

Audio Format

codec-0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3
bitrate-192 kb/s (96/ch, stereo) CBR
Fs- 48000 Hz
Can someone help me to solve this problem ?

Convert the 3ivx video to Divx or Xvid. I'm not aware of any players that handle 3ivx video.
