I have an ATI Wonder VE and when I try to capture at 352*480, I get frequent lines going through my video capture (not interlaced lines). I just read in a post that any ATI Wonder card can capture at 480*480 so I shouldn't be having this problem, should I? And since I have about 92% system resources free when capturing, it just doesn't seem like I'd have this problem but I do.
