The problem with MyDVD, as noted in other postings, is that it re-encodes the audio causing it to take up space and not be able to fit a two-hour video on one disk. Besides buying another authoring software as suggested by some of the responses, is there a way to configure MyDVD to burn DVD video to the full capacity of the disk (i.e. to hold a two hour video without sacrificing quality)?

My experience with MyDVD was a painful one. The one you mention is MyDVD's requirement that you reencode audio to uncompressed LPCM, which is outdated and unnecessary.
IMHO it is a buggy, crippled piece of crap and is suitable only for propping up a table with a leg that's too short :P
Do yourself a favor and get rid of it and buy a real authoring app. Check out the "Tools" section on the left of the screen and I'm sure you can come up with a better app.
