So Im using Smart ripper to try and rip videos 1 by 1 from a dvd... Problem Im having is that the video I want is listed as Title:45 - Chapter:24 in PowerDVD whereas Smart ripper is listing Title:45 as something other than the video... Its (SmartRipper) listing the entire dvd as having Titles:1-49 with Title:42 having 4 Program Chains...
This is an animated menu dvd (you, click this button and it goes to another place to click another button) so most of these titles are just the menu crap videos (hence why I want to rip the videos onto my comp and not have to use this dvd anymore)
How can I find out where the video I want it is? Im seeing that some of the titles are 123mb, 196mb, etc, etc so they may be in there somewhere, but Id have to rip each one and hope that the rip isnt gonna have more than just the video with it (like the band talking behind the scenes and such)... I only know of dvdshrink having a preview on it, but I dont know how to use that program...
Thanks

I had some success with this by running the movie in my standalone to the bit I wanted, then checked which chapter it was. Then I used dvd decrypter to rip that chapter only. This was very quick and simple.

I need to do this now and again. How do you isolate the correct bit from the DVD and save on hard drive with dvdshrink?
