  1. HI,
I am a newbie here and its been like a week since I installed my Dvd burner.
I am trying to export a movie from premiere to dvd( I tried divx, quicktime and other codecs) but none of them have a decent quality when I try to view them on a TV.
I also tried TMPGEnc and converted my movie to mpg but the quality was not good( I had used the highest quality setting)
The quality of quicktime movie is good, but i was not able to burn quicktime on DVD ( Using Nero).
I tried using the Microsoft video 1 codec but the DVD authoring software ( (nero and Mysonic) show only 0.3 GB when the actual movie size is 1.5 GB.
I am going really crazy over this and would seriously appreciate any help I get.
    Thanks,
    Abhi

    DVD authoring requires

    Video : mpeg1 or mpeg2
Audio : LPCM , DD (AC3), DTS or in europe mpeg1 layer2 works i am told.
    Read the guides.
Best option is to use premieres main concept encoder.

    ...quality was not good
Tells me nothing - what was source material.?
