I was about to register for the full version of DVD2SVCD (which just kills, btw...) when I saw the post about the pending 2.0 release. Would it make more sense to wait for that to come out? With all the new features in 2.0 I think I'd have no problem with it being a paid upgrade, but as I'm in a financial pinch I really have to watch my money right now. What's the plan?

Registration is for all versions of SVCD2DVD. Thus, whilst you have a valid registration, all upgrades are included.

Are you sure that are talking about the same program?
DVD2SVCD e SVCD2DVD are different; the first is freeware -
