Has anyone tried the "new" Maxell 3 pack DVD-RW's made by TDK?
These were picked up from Future Shop here in Kanata.
I picked a three pack up for my LG-4020B as that is the brand supplied with the drive and normally works great! (Firmware 109, cuurent)
Any DVD movies authored by B's DVD or Nero play back with an error noting copy protection problems.![]()
If it's authored with the original Maxell DVD-RW supplied with the drive and any DVD-R, they work fine.
Maxell made the original DVD-RW in Japan.
The TDK versions are made in Taiwan.
Any help appreciated.
