I am converting avi to MPEG-1 for Xvcd and I am using virtual dub. What I normally do is compress the audio via mp3 so that the audio file is only 200 MB max. But when I open a file in virtual dub and select conversion, I only see one heading for MP3, and when I click on it nothing comes up. usually there are two MPEG-3 compression titles and the second one shows the various options (e.g., 44.000 Mhz, etc) I am pretty sure I somehow deleted the codec I needed but now I can't find that codec again. I downloaded ac3-decompressor, Divx 5.0, etc, but can't seem to find it. Anyone have any ideas?
