I've already register to doom's site, but i have to wait 5 days to post, so if anyone can post my problem in there i will be grateful.
When i convert a 4:3 movie (armageddon) to 16:9 the subtitles won't appear. If i edit the ifo file with ifoedit, and change the 16:9 aspect ratio to 4:3 they appear again, but obviusly the image its squeezed. I supossed that maybe there is something in the .ifo that dvd-rebuilder is not changing.
Anyone runs into a similar problem?
BTW i´m using the latest one 0.40 version

the problem is the aspect ratio of the subtitle streams. Since DVD-RB does not process subtitles (it leaves them all untouched), there isn't a way to fix this "problem" that I can see. Why do you want to mess up the aspect ratio of a 4:3 anyway?

maybe i´m wrong, but when the 4:3 to 16:9 option is enabled, is reencoded as a 16:9 movie??, or is just a change in the .ifo file?. I'm asuming that is reencoded, and instead of zoom the original 4:3 movie, that will look a little pixelated, wouldn´t be the reencoded 16:9 look better??
