  1. im trying to convert a AVI file captured from my camcorder to DVD mpeg using tmpgenc but the preview screen doesnt show any video when encoding, and yes the preview options are set, once the encoding is complete the file does have sound but no picture, the original file works in media player no probs but the encoded file is just black, what codec am i missing and where would i get it from

    FFDSHOW is an mpeg-4 decoder, not DV. Try installing the Mainconcept DV Codec.
