I am trying to burn the X-men dvd but when i am in Clonedvd and AnyDVD and i open it i get a message VIDEO_TS not found, but when i explore the cd the folder is there. I cannot go to the next step to be able to burn. Whats the problem ? What should i do??

I have one more question i got a copy of dvd which i can play normally on the computer but when i try to play it on the standalone dvd it doesnt work.

If it was me, I would try dvdshrink or DVD decrypter (both free) just to see what happens.
Q 2 This is fairly normal. Many standalone players will not play dvdr for various reasons.

I agree , also is your standalone player compatible with the media you are using (check your player in the DVD Player section) if it is compatible try burning slower , if that doesn't work try a different brand.
