Unless you need the printables, that's a bit steep. The Maxell 25 piece + or -R spindle was in this week's Futureshop flyer at $34.99. That's much less than the Riteks...

I don't know the exchange rate but I bet you could find em cheaper online if the shipping is reasonable.

Shipping out of Toronto or Vancouver becomes unreasonable if it's to Winnipeg or environs....

I think blankmedia.ca is quite a bit cheaper, if you want Riteks.
Personally, I would buy the 25 PKS of Maxell -R at FutureShop for $34.99.
If they don't have any in store, they will put some on layaway for you.

However, the futureshop sale are only 2x discs. I bought the riteks 4x from blankmedia instead for $35 though shipping is a bit high IMHO.

Does Canada put that "sin tax" on blanks like Sweden?

I don't know if this will do you much good, but I'm in Taiwan right now and I can get a pack of 50 Ritek G04s for $45 Canadian. I'll be coming back to Winnipeg begining of July. my suggestion is to look for one site who could offer most aggressive service on shipping for you to ship to your area instead of looking for a store close by to you, because on line store price could be always cheaper! www.meritline.com , www.newegg.com , www.shop4tech.com , www.rima.com all carry Ritek product!
