TMPGenc DVD Authoring(Over 4.3 GB)

I want to combine 4 mpegs together to create a dvd, however the 4 mpegs are just over 5 gigs. TMPGenc DVD does not let me go past 4.3GB's and it cuts half of the last movie. I was sure I've done this in the past. Any thoughts. I'm using Winidows XP pro. NTFS partitions. is there a setting im missing/ or can it not be done.

Make it whatever size it needs to be, then DVDShrink it.

If your talking about the warning because you've gone over 4.3 GB ... ignore the warning ... and DVDShrink it or use Nero Recode 2.

Or use InterVideo DVDCopy 1.2b ..... if the project is really big.

Dont use InterVideo DVDCopy v2.0 .... it leaves artifacts and pixels.

I do say OK to the message but when its done it doesn't go beyond 4.3.

I use TMGPen Author to author and convert the file to ISO. Agree to ignore file length. Exit Author and open DVDshrink. Start BACKUP. DVDshrink can also burn the DVD for you. Results are very good for for moderate resizing, say reductions to 75% of the original.

Just checking but are you sure you are writing to the HDD vice DVD? I combine files that end up much larger that 4.4Gb via TDA. I think use DVDShrink to get to my final size and the use TDA to BURN that to DVD disc.
