    CCE SP 2.6 wont accept the signpost file, no way.
    You can try to convert the .vdr with VFAPI conv.1.03b (not 1.04). This worked for me with win98. Better you use cce sp 2.5, because 2.6 is just a bugfix release and 2.5 accept .vdr as well as .avs.
