  1. I was testing it and i think is a good tool, it is the fatest I see, in 10 minutes you can transcode a 2 hours movie.

Is there a good guide about it or something?

    Is there tools like it?

    thanks.

  3. The truth is that it has no options of bitrate or any thing, it only let you to chose de % of compresion, if yo don't go down of 70% the quality is good, in 90% the quality is excellent.

  4. I like ReJig - top notch software. Use it with DVD-RB to create a full disk backup.

  5. Does it make blocks when there's a scene with lots of motion? Every transcoder I tested, with the exception of pinnacle, produced these blocks (especially noticeable when a screenshot is taken, or the video is paused).

  6. Yes, more compresion more blocks in very very motion scenes. The thing i made to correct it is transcode with rejig all the scenes except the hig motion scenes, these ones i only demux from vob file, when i hace all the scenes i mux then with mpg tools in tmpgenc.

For example, yo have a film where the first vob is normal motion, i trancode it with 75 or 80% in rejig, imagine in the second vob you have a scene with hig motion, simply demux it with rejig without compresion, so with the rest. after that, merge the mpg result files and yo have a excellent quality back up.
