bin and cue

i got a bin and cue file. the bin file is 474,356kb and the cue file is 1kb can anyone tell me how, or give me a link explaing how to put these files on dvdr thanks

burn image with Nero or another prog. use either the cue or bin file as the source. cue just gives info (structure) about the bin file that contains the actual files to be burned. don't really need the cue, but if it's there why not use it; couldn't hoyt.
Question...why are you burning it to a dvdr? cdr is cheaper.

want to play it in my dvd player. its not very vcd friendly

do you know what type of file(s) is in the bin file? are you sure it's vcd (mpeg1...DAT), or svcd (mpeg2), or avi (probably Divx-encoded). if you don't already know inspect the contents of the bin file with prog like ISO Buster, or i think winrar 3.3. or play the bin file on your computer without burning or mounting with the VLC player, and check the properties.
If they are vcd files as you assumed burning them to a dvdr will yield the same result as to cdr, unless you encode them to vob files first.
