I have read great things about DV Time Stamp. Do any users know if this program includes the option of inserting the date & time only at specific points within an AVI? For example, if I only want the date & time to appear for 5 seconds at the beginning of each new date ... is something like that possible? Thank you!

I downloaded and paid for this last week.
I wanted to do exactly as you say, have date come on for 5 seconds every time the date changes. It works beautifully!
Definitely worth the $10!
There is a free Avisynth filter that does the same thing, BUT, when I used it, I couldn't figure out a way to keep the actual DV timestamp on the output. -
Thanks! I just bought the program too & it also appears that it is possible to have the date/time appear for your selected duration each time the SCENE changes. It appears to have a bunch of helpful & easy to use options, if anyone else is curious.
