When I am recording from television using Virtual Dub the average capture of frames (fps) is 25 which is enough for the PAL system. But recording from a vcr using the same cable etc. the number of captured frames differs each time.
I assume that the system isn't the problem but the quality of signal of the vcr or the quality of the tape or something like that but that's just guessing.
Has anyone experience with this situation???
