Hi, I'm a veteran Mac guy on S/VCD/DVDing but total newbie on TMPGEnc. I was successful in making AVIs to SVCD on a couple of files, good results, but today I have 2 AVIs (with AC3 audio!) that for some weird reason won't let me create the SVCDs because it reads a 42 minute program as 101 minutes! It tells me the resulting file size will exceed CD disk space (700mb). I looked carefully at all the settings and all appears to be in order but I am stumped why the program sees the file as having more than double the running time. The file size is actually just 350 mb. I succeeded earlier in the day of encoding one other very similar file (but it came out with no soundtrack! This is also another AC3 soundtrack) but I saved the effort by demuxing/muxing the soundtrack with another copy I had on the Mac. Any notes? Thanks.
