How can i get the framrate of an audio file?

here's a (mybe) noob question for you:
how can i find out the framerate of an audiofile (wav,mp2...) that i want du muxx later?
need a quick solution.

audio files don't have frames..they have samples...so it's kinda hard to answer this question...kinda like asking how much horsepower does my computer have
