I recently aqquired a 521e however I am unable to install the software on the disc as there is no trace of the serial key anywhere on the packaging. Either in error it was never supplied, or the guy who sold me the drive lost it as he has no record of it either and never actually installed the CD himself as he used Nero (he never used DVD-RAM media). I need to install DVD-MovieAlbumSE to enable me to edit DVD-RAM and cant install it without the serial key.

Can some kind soul who owns this drive email the necessary info to me? I would be extremely grateful! I have tried asking Panasonic support but they are about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard.
