    I have a little project to complete. I'm looking for hands-on opinions from users of standalone MPEG2 USB2 hardware encoders. I went through Tools/Encoders/USB2 selection and everything seems to point to Hauppage USB2 MPEG box (WinTV PVR2 USB). What I care about is the MPEG2 capture quality, picture sharpness, low noise and config. flexibility (bitrate range). Please post your suggestions if you think that your box falls into this cat. and is worth looking at. Thanks.
