Deep analysis take quite some time to be performed. My question is how much quality improvement one should expect by doing it? I know it might depend on system but in average can anyone estimated that gain?

    Thanks

there is no "gain" in quality. The DVDShrink process....including deep analysis.... tries to reduce actual quality LOSS, while transcoding and compressing.

you "should expect" that the best judge of the benefits of deep analysis will be yourself, after you have compared different levels of compression in both regular compression and deep analysis mode.

Myself...I use deep analysis for any level of compression and rarely compress less then 70%
