    What is the best way to create a multilayered image using PSP 8?
    I want to have a background color and add images on top. I can't figure out how to import the image to layer 2. The help function did not prove to be very helpful in this regards.

    Create a new layer? Don't know much about PSP but in Photoshop, you create a new layer.

    Thanks.Got it figured out. I was able to create new layers. Had to use crtl-c&v to paste the image into the new layer. I was previously trying the import function to no avail.

    You don't even need to create a new layer, just drag the image into your working image and it will be added to it's own layer.
