Major, since I started playing with ffmpegX, my entire goal has been to be able to build solid DVD's of various avi's, mpeg's, mov's, etc. The new FastDVD setting has DONE IT!!!! Perfectly, I might add!!! I made a DVD from the following: a Divx file, a, .mov and an mpeg1 that I had. I just used the fast DVD setting on each of them, and then used DVD2One's join feature, and PERFECTION!!! Just for kicks, I took the video and audio streams, and built a quick set of menus in Sizzle, and....PERFECTION!!!!
Easy, painless, fast, and it worked perfectly, no sync issues, no dropped frames, superb quality!!!
The solution is now here, people, and FastDVD is the answer!! I used to get mad over things that weren't quite right while ffmpegX was growing, but this is the payoff I was waiting for, if you need to take your files to DVD, use this tool, there is no need to spend hours fiddling with other stuff!!!!!
THANK YOU MAJOR!!!!!
