I converted a mpeg-2 video using TMPGenc DVD Author. The sound is out of synch. Point me in the right direction please!

You're not giving people much to go on, dude. What kind of source file was it? Use G-spot to analyze it and post as much info as you can about it. You mentioned that you used TMPGEnc DVD Author, but does that mean you used TMPGEnc to encode as well? They're two different programs.
