    can anyone help me, bought a pioneer 107 bout 4 weeks ago been workin fine but now when i try to burn anything with it using nero (which had no probs in the past) it starts off like its going to burn then it comes up with "power calibration error" & fails to burn anything, weird coz i have burnt a few things in the past few weeks.

    I had a similar problem when using Laser media. I had to update the firmware of the drive to get it to burn the Laser media but I found that it was burning the media very poorly which caused pixilisation on my Pioneer home DVD player. I changed the media to Princo A Grade and it now burns perfectly.
