ok the picture above is 1 frame from the video i converted with tmpgenc, first off I have the divx codecs installed and gspot tells me the divx movie file is encoded in div3.
So i ran the divx threw tpmgenc with default svcd settings and after its encoded if you play back the svcd, like with the picture above there is that line at the bottom, im not sure what it is so ill call it a noise line.
NOW that line IS NOT in the divx movie file, so my problem is why is tmpgenc adding it and how can I remove it so when I encode again it wont be there?
please help guys this is getting annoying, i have faith in this forum ive got help time and time again here. so what ya guys say can yall help me out.
