Hi, I was wondering does anyone else have this problem. I use dvdshrink 3beta5 to rip my movie. Then I use imgtool 1.1.0 to burn it. I just bought the Fujifilm disc I keep on get this "power collaboration error" when I backup the dvd but its fine if I reboot my computer and burn it. I dont want to keep on rebooting it because I can only burn 1 dvd everytime. I use TDK disc in the pass and I never have this problem. Can you guys please help me?

PCA Erros happen when the media fails the burner's write/readback test. It is commonly a sign of poor media; it is rarely a sign of a defective burner.
Fujifilm discs are often RICOHJPNs and those are usually good discs, though. Feedback has been pretty good, too.
What firmware version are you running with your burner?
