How would you calculate the birate for a SVCD, but with two or more videos on 1 80min CD?

Seriously, if I have a 10min clip, a 20min clip and a 30min clip and want to fit them on one SVCD, calculate with 60 minutes. You might use an average bitrate 1600kbps. -
