Hi
I am having trouble exporting my finished video from Premiere to get it ready to burn.
The original files are from a DVD so total size was approx 4.2GB.
I then demuxed the video and audio and then used ProCoder to convert the m2v files to a DV format to use in Premiere (I found that the M2v files would not preview as well as the dv files in Premiere).
I have made my changes, etc and now want to re-save it as an mpeg and burn it to DVD, but my problem is now I can't get the same quality as the original DVD. for some reason when I try to make my file fit on one DVD, the bitrate goes down to around 2000 instead of approx 5900-6500 that the original DVD was in.
I have tried using an mpeg audio option, as well as wav, but I just can't seem to get the file to fit on one DVD without dropping the quality to an unacceptable amount. It's weird cause the new video I have made is 20min shorter than the original!!!
What am I doing wrong??
Please Note: I am not ripping a dvd, I have actually remade the whole file pratically (it is a wedding video, that I have -re-edited)
