ok, I have two external hard drives that are formatted for Windows. Is there a way to formatt them for a Mac? I mean, I'm sure there is, but can anyone point me to some software that could do it. And also, will I need to format from the PC, or the Mac
Thanks

If you have a newer MAC and if they are formatted as FAT32 devices (Instead of NTFS) your MAC should read them. I use an external USB/Firewire drive between my PC and my MAC all the time.
