    Does anyone know of an app that will extract, convert, or copy a still image from a vob DVD file whether the frame size is 720x480, 352x240, or etc.

    Play the .vob in PowerDVD or WinDVD pause at the frame you want and press the capture buttun.

    Its as easy as that.
