  1. ok i am thick you dont have to tell me, but how do you play an sfv file??? or how do you copy it to dvd??? never heard of this extension before. thanks

  2. .SFV stands for Simple File Verification. It is a file that contains file checksum data and it is used for verifying the intgrity of the files you have downloaded. This is not a video file that you can play, maybe you are thinking about a .ASF file which stands for Advanced System Format. It is used by Windows media player. This must be converted to an AVI then you might be able to burn it to DVD. You might not want to do that cause .ASF file are really compressed and the video quality is low.
