I've been doing backups for a little while and have had no problems using the defaults. Up untill recently I've done little other than deselect a few audio tracks. Then I got the great idea to increase the compression on non-move video tracks so I could get more room for the actual movie. The two movies I have done this for have not been playable on my standalone DVD player. Is this a know problem? or is it more likely I'm doing somthin wrong?

    Thanks in advance

I sometimes compress non-movie parts using manual compression if I can keep the movie at 100% and still have functioning menus. If more space is needed, I'll make non-movie parts "still pictures" and for even more space, I'll remove the audio on them as well. So far I haven't had any bad burns. Software used: DVDShrink
