No disc error

I have been using shrink + nero 6 to burn my backup dvd's. They play on my computer fine but won't play in any of the 4 dvd players. I am using Ritek -R 4x and have no problems when using dvd xcopy. Can anyone give some advice on what may be happening. I have an NEC 2500a and have never had problems burning.

Try a +R ,could be your standalone players only work with that format.
